Our Story

It all began in 2024

The first step onto a dinghy marked the beginning of a journey that continues to this day. What initially smelled of wind, water, and simple sailing pleasure quickly developed into a genuine passion. With every mile, not only did experience grow, but so did ambition: additional qualifications to command a vessel were acquired, along with a growing sense of responsibility and a deeper understanding of safety, technology, and seamanship.

The transition from dinghy sailing to keelboats opened entirely new horizons. Stability, tactics, and long-distance sailing came into focus, accompanied by an intensive exploration of shipyards and boat designs from around the world. Constructions, materials, and concepts were analyzed, compared, and evaluated. Continuous professional development — including qualification as a certified marine surveyor — completed this path, from the very first step aboard to well-founded expertise in yachts and sailing.

David

Moin, I’m David-Friedemann Henning. For me, the sea is not a workplace — it is my element. I turned my passion into my profession and today combine my experience as an ambitious regatta sailor with the solid expertise of a yacht surveyor and broker. When I am not evaluating or brokering boats for my clients, you will likely find me at the helm of my VX One, where I thrive on pushing limits and pursuing technical perfection. At the same time, I appreciate the comfort and confidence of large cruising yachts — I know both worlds: high-performance racing and relaxed life on board. What does this mean for you? A partner who doesn’t just analyze numbers, but truly lives sailing. I examine every detail with the eye of a professional while also viewing it from the perspective of an owner — ensuring both your safety and your investment are protected.

Falco

Falko Ahlers guides boat buyers from the very first listing through market analysis, risk assessment, and accompanied viewings to a secure purchasing decision — on a fee-based model and without hidden interests. The goal is to prevent emotionally driven mistakes and enable well-informed decisions.

Constantin

I am a passionate sailor and know the realities on the water firsthand. As a surveyor and broker, I am driven by one core principle: countering the industry’s tendency to gloss over used boats with clear, objective facts. To achieve this, I evaluate yachts, their technical condition, and their market value systematically and without exaggeration. In brokerage practice, this means communicating defects and outstanding issues just as openly as a vessel’s strengths. Anyone buying or selling through me knows exactly where they stand from the outset. This transparency saves both parties unnecessary travel for unproductive viewings — and ultimately ensures that the right boat finds the right owner.
